making strawberry jam bath fizzies

I thought I would join the real world and make some YouTube videos.  Fun!  I've been slowly learning my new camera and messed around with the HD video.  Tripod is on loan from the in-laws...thank you!  This is my first time making a video and I think I found the settings that work for me and my internet (DSL).  I should have cable internet, but I won't go into that!

I love making bath bombs/bath fizzies so I thought I would show you my process.  I think my voice part needs some work so I will be aware of that in my future videos.  I also hope to make them a little shorter so you don't fall asleep watching them.

Thanks for looking!

  1. You did a wonderful job Patti. It doesn't take long to get used to talking to a camera. :) You don't have to worry about making them shorter either, the common length is 15 minutes with several parts sometimes! Now mine probably get boring. HA! I wish I could figure out how to video in HD. Surely my camera isn't that old!

  2. Thanks Holly! Now I can just babble away! I like the quality of your videos. My internet is slow and I can't load HD youtube videos very well. I record in HD and then reduce the quality when I upload. Your videos work with my internet and that makes me happy. Great lighting and sound. Your videos are some of my favorites!

  4. thanks Lori! I know you can make these. It's amazing how much easier they are to put in soap molds. Just found a sunflower mold from NG to try! Then found another one at go planet earth!
